Chennai’s Largest Fitness Festival – FITATAIN – for Women by Women Hosted at Phoenix Marketcity

Chennai, November, 2022: Phoenix Marketcity, one of Chennai’s premium malls, today successfully hosted ‘FITATAIN’, a fitness and entertainment festival for Women by Women. With an overwhelming participation of 500 women, the three-hour festival focused on offering a holistic wellness and fitness session for women addressing varied health concerns. Helmed by Sports Physio and Fitness enthusiast Sumaiya Naaz, and on the console was DJ Deepika, Chennai’s first female DJ. 

Commenting on the occasion, Sabrina Nath Centre Director of Phoenix Marketcity said “We are happy to organize a first of its kind fitness festival for Women at Phoenix Marketcity. The participation has been astounding and we are glad that so many women could benefit today from these sessions. Adding to this, Ms. Sumaiya Naaz, Sports Physio said “We are very excited to have this fitness and fun event exclusive for women, as our focus on promoting women’s health and wellness combined with some good fun and entertainment will go a long way in ensuring regular fitness routines for all our women participants. Often women neglect their health and fitness due to work overload because of domestic responsibilities. The 3 hour intense session filled with fun and exercises will very much help them break the barriers of monotonous schedule through regular fun-filled fitness sessions.” 

FITATAIN is a first of its kind women centric fitness and entertainment festival organized by Phoenix Marketcity Chennai.
