Chennai: Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts and Science College for Women participated in a vibrant and engaging 49th trade fair 2025 held from 12th to 14th March 2025. The college’s involvement in the event showcased the incredible talents and creativity of its students, making a lasting impression on attendees.

On 12.03.2025 Thiru Veeru Samy,Deputy secretary, TTDC, Tmt Uma Sankar , Additional Director TTDC, Dr J.Sulaiman ,Dr.W.Santhi&Dr.S.Senthil ,Liaison officers ,Education Department visited the stalls &/appreciated the exhibits displayed by students. The College Correspondent Sri Vootukuru Sarath kumar welcomed the government officials.
The event was an interactive and exciting experience, with the college offering a variety of engaging activities that captivated the public. Attendees had the opportunity to participate in interactive games, which fostered active involvement and enjoyment. Alongside these games, students showcased their artistic abilities through captivating performances, including mime acts, dance, and singing. These performances provided a delightful mix of entertainment while reflecting the institution’s rich cultural spirit.
A key highlight of the college’s stall was the display dedicated to Tamil Nadu Government schemes. Informative charts and models were presented to give the public valuable insights into various government initiatives aimed at improving citizen welfare. This initiative helped raise awareness about social schemes and fostered a sense of community responsibility.
By participating in this trade fair, the college not only provided students with a platform to showcase their skills and talents but also enriched their educational journey. The event offered an opportunity for students to engage directly with the community, promote social awareness, and educate the public on government welfare programs.
The event was supported by the correspondent Sri. Vootukuru Sarath Kumar, Principal i/c Dr. P. B. Vaneetha, Vice Principal Dr. M. V. Nappinnai, IQAC Co-Ordinator Dr. P. Barani Kumari, and staff from various departments. Their presence and encouragement underscored the college’s commitment to fostering student growth, community engagement, and social responsibility.
