The Hindi Department of Sri Kanya Parameswari Arts and Science College organized a Rakhi-making competition on the occasion of Raksha Bandhan. The event saw enthusiastic participation from students, who showcased their creativity by designing and crafting beautiful rakhis using threads, flowers, and other decorative items.

The competition was judged, and prizes were awarded to the top three winners. Following the competition, students tied rakhis on the wrists of all male staff members, applied kumkum, Chandan, Akshat and offered sweets. The event was witnessed by the college members who appreciated and applauded the students’ efforts.
The Raksha Bandhan celebrations concluded on a joyful note, strengthening the bond between students and staff.
