ALLEN Career Institute Pvt ltd is celebrating its 4th edition of SOPAN at Anna centenary Library Chennai on 15thDecember 2024. SOPAN is ALLEN’s annual celebration of felicitating students from Chennai who have qualified in Various Olympiads, IIT JEE, and NEET (UG).
ALLEN conducted SOPAN in two sessions. The morning session started at 9.30 AM to 12.30 PM & evening session started at 3.00PM to 6.30 PM .This year 6500 students and parents are present at ALLEN SOPAN
Chief Guest of Morning Session: Shri K Shankar Commissioner of Police Avadi Chennai felicitated the students who quailed in IITs NITs, IITs & Olympiads. He is B Tech from IIT Madras Mechanical Engineering stream.
He said” it gives me immense pleasure of seeing talent of Chennai walking into Premier Institutes of Excellence and I feel proud to honor them and be part of their celebrations today”
Chef Guest Evening session:Padmashri Dr. V Mohan, Chairman of Mohan Diabetics Specialities Center & Madras Diabetes Research Foundation atpresided the function as Chief Guest. . Heis an Alumni of Madras Medical college 1971 batch which was voted as best batch ever in the history of Madras Medical College.
He said” I come from India’s Oldest Medical College in Asia and have witnessed talent across country becoming doctors. I am proud to felicitate Kumari S Shailaja who has secured All India Rank 38 and is currently studying in JIPMER. My grandson is also studying at ALLEN .I have the rare experience as a grandparent and also as a professional witnessing the commitment with which ALLEN is mentoring the student fraternity and making the nation proud. I was part of Last year SOPAN also and I wait eagerly to interact with the budding talent of India.”
