Chennai, April 11, 2025: Gleneagles Hospital Chennai, launched the two-day Gleneagles Liver and Transplant Summit (GLTS) 2025 today at Chennai. The Summit held under the theme “Advancing Science, Enhancing Lives”, is a meeting of some of the brightest minds and specialists in liver care and transplant medicine. GLTS 2025 is designed as a dynamic, multi-disciplinary platform that connects clinicians, surgeons, researchers, and transplant specialists. Dr. Nageswar Rao K, Cluster CEO for Chennai & Hyderabad, and Dr. Joy Varghese, Director – Hepatology & Transplant Hepatology of Gleneagles Hospital Chennai Inaugurated the GLTS 2025 summit.
Over the two days, the summit will explore advanced medical approaches in liver transplantation, including pediatric liver transplants, ABO-incompatible transplants, dual lobe and swap liver procedures, as well as cutting-edge developments in hepatology, anesthesia, radiology, and pathology. More than 40 national and international faculty, and an expected delegate participation of over 500 professionals are attending.
