CHENNAI: Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts & Science College for women along with the Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Devasthanam & Charities members, Member in – charge of Office Administration & works, Hony. Correspondent to Aided Schools Sri. Soleti Lokaian Sudarsanan, Advisor of SKPD Educational Institutions Dr. J. V. Rao, Hony Correspondent Vottukuru Sarath Kumar, Principal Dr. T. Mohanasree, Mrs. Anila, the headmistress of KTCT Girls Primary & Higher Secondary schools, Staff and Students Celebrated the 75th Republic Day on 26.01.2024 (Friday) at 8:30 am. KTCT Girls Primary & Higher Secondary Schools, SKPD Boys Primary & Higher Secondary Schools and Maharishi Vidya Mandhir Sr. Sec. Schools also made their presence. The programme started with the invocation of Prayer, Welcome Address was given by Sri. Soleti Lokaian Sudarsanan. The introduction of the chief guest was given by Vottukuru Sarath Kumar. The Flag was hoisted by the Chief Guest Prof. R. BALASUBRAMANIAN, Executive Advisor, Rajalakshmi Group of Institutions. Then the Chief Guest addressed the gathering. He describes the development of the Indian country at the beginning of the 20th Century and the empowerment of women. He said that Education is mapping the industrial revolution and the importance of digitalization. He also advised the students to develop their technological knowledge to survive and succeed in the contemporary competitive world. The school and college students sang the Patriotic Songs and delivered the speeches. Finally the programme came to an end with the vote of thanks followed by the National Anthem.
