SKPC NSC Inauguration & Snigda Onstage Cultural Fiesta

SRI KANYAKA PARAMESWARI ARTS AND SCIENCE COLLEGE FOR WOMEN
A REPORT ON NAKSHATRA STUDENTS ‘ COUNCIL  INAUGURATION AND  SNIGDA (CULTURAL FIESTA)
            Nakshatra Students ‘ Council of Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts and Science College for Women organized NAKSHATRA STUDENTS’ COUNCIL INAUGURATION along with KALALAAYA FINE ARTS ASSOCIATION celebrated SNIGDA (Cultural Fiesta) on 28.07.2023 (Friday) at 10.00 am in the college premises. Dr. G. GEETHA, DIRECTOR OF COLLEGIATE EDUCATION (F. A. C) gave her consent to be the Chief Guest of the day. The programme started with a prayer and followed by the Lighting of the Lamp. The Welcome Address was delivered by Hony Correspondent Vootukuru Sarath Kumar, Principal Dr. T. Mohanashree gave the Chief Guest Introduction. Dr. B. Rani, Nakshatra Students’ Council Vice President presented the Nakshatra Students’ Council report. 
The Chief Guest Dr. G. GEETHA gave her excellent speech and advised students to be good citizens, good students and good children through her moral stories. She distributed the badges to the selected Union students,  launched 25th year Silver Jubilee Projects (1. MAITRI – (Pakirdhiruvir Payanperuvir), 2. NAARI SHAKTHI – (Siruthulli Perumtheral) and 3. PRAYOG -(Negizhi Thavirthu Nilathai Nimirthu)) and released SKPC Post. Then, the eye-catching Cultural Events began and the stage was handed over to the Kalalaaya Team.
‘Kalalaaya’ Fine Arts Association conducted SNIGDA (CULTURAL FIESTA) ON STAGE and OFF STAGE Events on 27th and 28th of July in the college premises. On 27.07.2023 Thursday the OFF STAGE EVENTS Vegetable Carving, Creative Ideas, Face Painting and Mobile Case Designing were conducted. Where, students exhibited their talents. Followed by this on 28.07.2023 Friday ON – STAGE EVENTS Duel Singing, Solo Adaptune, 60 Sec Frame and Group Dance were performed by the students.
At last the sequence of events came to an end in a grand manner.
