Chennai : Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Arts and Science College for Women welcomed its first-year students with a traditional and auspicious beginning at the revered Sri Kanyaka Parameswari Temple. The ceremony aimed to invoke blessings for the academic journey ahead and instill cultural values in the minds of young learners.

Following the temple visit, a vibrant cultural programme was organised at the college’s Convention Centre. Students showcased their talents through music, dance, and skits, creating a joyful and engaging atmosphere.
As part of its commitment to supporting academic excellence and student welfare, the college management awarded the prestigious SKPC Silver Jubilee Akshaya Endowment to two deserving students — Rakshita of 2nd B Com(cs) and Akshaya of I B.Com.This endowment, contributed by Sri Guggilam Ramesh, Sri Gautham ,and the staff of SKPC, will cover the entire annual tuition fees for both students.
The institution also presented 4 Management free seat,. Fee concession for 5 meritorious students, Life boat scholarship to 20 students.
