Sundaram Finance organised creativity workshop for children

Sundaram Finance conducted “Onam Boat clay mural” workshop for children between ages 8 to 12 years at Nageswara Rao Park, Mylapore.

Onam is a season associated with boat races and creativity. Children enjoyed sitting in the park environment while they learned making wall hangings.

All the materials were provided free by Sundaram Finance. Certificates and snacks were also provided for the children.

Workshop trainer Padmaja did a great job in keeping the children engrossed in the creating of the murals.

This started in 2009. A number of workshops on Pottery, Bottle Painting, Worli painting, T shirt painting, Zentangle, the Art of Zulu, Murals and other interesting forms and techniques of art have been imparted into children through these workshops.
