Chennai, September 2026: HomeLane, India’s leading tech and AI-enabled home interiors brand, has strengthened its presence in Chennai with the launch of its new experience centre in Sembakkam-Tambaram, complementing the brand’s existing network of three experience centres in Chennai. Spread across 1,500 sq. ft., the new centre marks HomeLane’s entry into the Sembakkam-Tambaram micro-market and its fourth experience centre in the city, bringing organised, design-led, and technology-enabled home interior solutions to local homeowners. The centre was launched in partnership with Yuvaa Prasath and Tharun Stephen Raj.
As Chennai’s residential landscape continues to evolve, the centre offers homeowners an immersive, end-to-end interior design journey. Customers can explore modular kitchens, wardrobes and complete home interior solutions through hyper-realistic displays, experience premium materials firsthand and leverage technology-driven consultations that enable them to visualise their dream homes before execution. The studio brings every stage of the interior design process under one roof, offering personalised guidance from concept to completion.
The Sembakkam-Tambaram experience centre is powered by SpaceCraft, HomeLane’s proprietary AI-powered platform, through which homeowners can visualise their home interiors in 3D, receive instant pricing and experience a seamless transition from design to execution. Customers also benefit from transparent pricing, predictable timelines, a 45-day delivery guarantee, a 10-year material warranty and end-to-end project management support.
The launch is also aligned with HomeLane’s broader expansion strategy, including its FOFO (Franchise-Owned, Franchise-Operated) model, with plans to reach 100 studios this year across India. The model enables HomeLane to deepen its presence across high-potential residential markets while bringing its technology-enabled design experience and established interiors ecosystem closer to local customers. The Sembakkam-Tambaram centre further strengthens this approach, expanding HomeLane’s footprint into a growing residential catchment in Chennai.
The new experience centre was inaugurated in the presence of renowned South Indian actress Athulya Ravi, who joined the HomeLane team and partners for the launch. The event brought together the brand, its local partners and key stakeholders to mark HomeLane’s entry into the Sembakkam-Tambaram market and its continued expansion across Chennai.
Speaking on the launch, Tanuj Choudhry, Co-Founder and COO of HomeLane, said, “Chennai has consistently been an important market for HomeLane, and the expansion into Sembakkam-Tambaram is a significant step in strengthening our presence across the city’s growing residential catchments. As homeowners increasingly look for personalised and technology-enabled ways to design their homes, our new experience centre will bring our end-to-end interiors experience closer to customers in this emerging micro-market. Our expansion through the FOFO model is enabling us to take this experience to more homeowners across the country, and we look forward to helping more customers turn their ideas into thoughtfully designed spaces.”
